Entries for the 2026 event will be placed here.

Team size and composition

 A team shall consist of two, three, four or five members.

A team that has a member under fourteen years of age shall also have a member eighteen years of age or over.

Team changes: 

To add, change or remove members from your team, or withdraw the whole team fill out a form linked here soon. 

Event fees

Late entry fees & standard entry fees will be listed here.

Junior fees are based on the age of the individual team members (under 23 years of age on the day of competition).

All entries require payment by credit card at time of entry.

Entry numbers: There is a maximum of 250 people in the 6hr event and 250 in the 12hr event.

Refund policy: 

  • Refund of 90% of fees paid for withdrawals prior to standard entry fee close date (Monday June 11th).
  • Refund of 75% of fees paid  for withdrawals after standard entry fee date and before late entry close date (Monday June 18th).
  • No refund after Late entry close date.
  • To notify withdrawal from the race, fill out a linked form here soon. 
  • Refunds will be processed after the event.At registration

Competition categories

a) Three gender classes of competition:

  • Men (all team members must be male)
  • Women (all team members must be female)
  • Mixed (teams must contain at least one female and one male)

b) Five age categories of competition within each gender class:

  • Open (no age restriction)
  • Junior (all team members must be under 23 years of age on the day of competition)
  • Veteran (all team members must be 40 years of age or over on the day of competition)
  • Super Veteran (all team members must be 55 years of age or over on the day of competition).
  • Ultra Veteran (all team members must be 65 years of age or over on the day of competition).
